Our Centre

Just For You Children's Centre (an Early Years Centre) is pleased to welcome you to our website.

We have been in operation since 1978 and are staffed by Certified Early Childhood Educators with up-to-date CPR and First Aid Training. Our newly expanded Early Years Centre offers an abundance of natural light, fresh air circulation and air conditioning (when required.)  Open daily from 6:45 am to  5:30 p.m., we offer programs for infants, 2 - 3 year olds and a Junior Kindergarten Program.

Our curriculum includes early Literacy, Numeracy, Science, Social Studies and Art, which are facilitated through a play-based learning environment.

Bi-weekly extracurricular activities include yoga classes with Mary MacPhee, a Certified Yoga Instructor and music classes with Michael Pendergast, “The Music Man”.  Our Junior Kindergarten children visit the library once a month using city transit services. We are continuing to build on our outdoor environment, as we strive to create a natural playscape.

Our rates follow the scale set up by Government for all Early Years Centres’ and include a nutritious meal plan providing two snacks and a hot lunch daily.  For rates visit the Early Childhood Development Association of PEI.
